AVAX S.A. is a construction company with activities all over Greece and the Balkans.
It was established in 1986 and since 1994 is listed in the Athens Stock Exchange. In 1999 has acquired J&P Hellas s.a. while in 2000 has acquired Eteth s.a., two other major construction companies, forming one of the major groups in the Greek construction industry. In the same time the majority of its shares came under J&P Overseas s.a., one of the most active construction companies globally.
From the very beginning, the company implemented a management style based on completing the undertaken projects on time, on budget, with strict adherence to the quality and with mutual trust with clients. It has always been at the forefront of adopting new technology in order to improve quality and efficiency.
Since 1997 it has been certified according to ISO 9002 by RWTUV.
